Youth and community support

Youth mentoring and community support that builds confidence, choices and direction.

Young people often need more than advice. They need structure, encouragement, accountability, safe guidance and people who understand real-life challenges.

Support areas

Practical mentoring for confidence, behaviour, education and future planning.

Confidence

Self-belief and communication

Helping young people feel more capable, heard and prepared for positive steps.

Choices

Positive direction

Support with peer pressure, motivation, behaviour, responsibility and better decision-making.

Progression

Education and employability

Life skills, work-readiness, routine, discipline, future planning and preparation for opportunities.

What can be covered

Support can be shaped around the young person, family, school or referral context.

EMPMAX does not need unnecessary sensitive details in a first enquiry. The aim is to understand the concern, who is involved and what safe next step may be suitable.

Careful intake

Request support for a young person or discuss a referral.

If the person may be under 18, EMPMAX will usually need an appropriate parent, guardian, school, support worker or referral partner involved where needed.

Please avoid sharing private trauma details in the form. Share enough for EMPMAX to understand the support need and contact the right adult safely.
